Purchasing
– Cost of shipping 29 SEK (depending on volume and country).
– Cost of shipping resellers starts from 59 SEK | Depending on order volume
– Cost of Invoice with 14 days credit (after approved credit) 29 SEK.
– Estimated time of delivery 5-7 business days.
VAT is included in all rates, 25%.
Star of Sweden strives for complete accuracy in description and pricing of the products on the site. However, due to the nature of Internet, occasional glitches, service interruptions or mistakes may cause inaccuracies to appear on the site. Star of Sweden has the right to void any purchases that display an inaccurate price.
Purchase Confirmation
When we received your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email that that we received your order.
Payment Options
The payment methods we offer are as follows:

Credit Card
You can choose to pay the full amount of the order by credit or debit card. We currently accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Credit card payments are handled by our payment partner Billmate to guarantee a fast and secure payment.
Invoice
After approved credit, an invoice is sent to you along with the products. The invoice must be paid within 14 days. An invoice fee is applied when choosing this payment option of 29 SEK . After 14 days, a reminder of past payment due is sent out to a fee of 60 SEK . If the payment has not been made, a past due interest is applied of 24 %.
Along with this payment method, we reserve the right to do a credit check . The implementation of a credit check is necessary for us to be able to offer you an invoice with 14 days credit . This does not affect the other payment options that we offer.
Transport & Delivery
Your item will be shipped out from our warehouse within 2-3 business days after placing an order. Your item will be delivered within 5-7 business days after the order has been shipped out from our warehouse. We use the Swedish Post office as a partner for shipping and delivery of our products.
If you need to receive the order any sooner than the available dates mentioned above, you may contact us for additional rush options. Contact us at kundtjanst@starof.se and let us know the exact date and we will provide you with the available options and cost.
Damage From Delivery
If the goods are damaged or lost/not delivered, Star of Sweden is liable and will send you a replacement product. Please notify customer service via email for assistance within a reasonable time (within 14 days). If a fault pointed attention at delivery, notify Customer Service within 14 days for replacement of damaged goods.
If we receive packages from the post office that has not been collected, we reserve the right to charge you for all costs incurred in connection with such a return, currently 150 SEK. Payment must be made within 10 days of the invoice due.
Returns
As a customer of Star of Sweden, you have the right to cancel and return the purchase within 14 days (not companies), from the day the goods are received. Right of withdrawal and return are valid only if the product is unchanged, unpacked and in an unused condition. For hygiene reasons we can not accept returns or exchanges if they are used. In case of return, the customer will contact customer service via email, for approval and issuance of an reference number to enter in connection with the complaint. Upon contact with the customer service department regarding the return, please provide the following information:
– Order number
– Invoice number
– Article number (SKU) of the products you wish to return.
Once this information has reached us, we will send a self-addressed return envelope with postage where you pack your returns and send back to us.
To Send A Return
For a return to be approved, it must be substantially unaltered condition. The product should be packaged well, preferably in its original packaging or in the pre-addressed envelope that was sent to you. For faster processing, please download the return form by clicking here.
Received A Wrong Item Or A Defect Product
Please contact kundtjanst@starof.se for fastest service within 14 days or within a reasonable time if the customer was unable to examine the goods upon delivery. We take care of your complaint and will contact you with return instructions. The product must be returned to us in the self-addressed envelope together with the claim form that will be sent out. When Star of Sweden receive the products, a new item will be sent out.
Privacy and Management Of Personal Information
Star of Sweden is responsible for the data and information you as a customer have provided us with. We process personal data in accordance with the Swedish Personal Data Act (1998: 2004, PUL). The personal information provided during registration or a purchase, is used for implementation of the supply agreement and cooperation for maintaining customer relations and for marketing activities conducted of Star of Sweden. To implement orders, follow up with payment information and to deliver orders, personal information will be used and provided to third parties.
Star of Sweden will not sell or transfer personal data for marketing to other companies. You have the right to request a transcript to check the information registered about you. To gain access to your information, you may contact our Customer Services with your request and we will get back to you with the information requested.
Information Gathered From Visitors
In common with other websites, log files are stored on the web server saving details such as the visitor’s IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit. Cookies may be used to remember visitor preferences when interacting with the website. Where registration is required, the visitor’s email will be stored on the server.
How The Information Is Used
The information is used to enhance the visitor’s experience when using the website to display personalized content and possibly advertising. E-mail addresses will not be sold, rented or leased to 3rd parties. E-mail may be sent to inform you of news of our services or offers by us or our affiliates.

Age Limit
You need to be 18 years old to register as a stylist and to make orders on the website. According to Swedish law, the customer must be of legal age to enter an eagreement.
Reservations
Star of Sweden reserves for any inaccuracies in the photos or texts. Any dispute is referred to the Public Complaints Board. We follow the Board’s recommendations.
Force Majeure
Frees both parties from liability or obligation when an extraordinary event or circumstance beyond the control of the parties, such as a war, strike, riot, crime, or an event described by the legal term act of God (such as hurricane, flooding, earthquake, volcanic eruption, etc), prevents one or both parties from fulfilling their obligations under the contract.
If force majeure is longer than 2 months, the customer and Star of Sweden have the ability to terminate the agreement without any obligation to pay damages.
