Shipping and returns
Star of Sweden will handle your order within 24 hrs. Delivery time is 3-5 days within Sweden. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email including all necessary information in regards to your order. Your order will be shipped out with DHL, UPS or with Postnord. You will receive a text message or an email with a notice once your package is ready for pick up.
Star of Sweden will handle your order within 24 hrs. We ship worldwide. Delivery time is 7-14 days depend on stock levels. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and information on how to track your package. Your order will be shipped out with DHL, UPS or with TNT. Please contact us if you need to have your order delivered earlier than our general lead-time.
DAMAGE FROM DELIVERY
If the goods are damaged or lost/not delivered, please notify customer service via email for assistance within a reasonable time (within 5 days). If a fault pointed attention at delivery, notify customer service within as soon as possible for replacement of damaged goods. If we receive packages from the post office that has not been collected, we reserve the right to charge you for all costs incurred in connection with such a return.
Returns may be made within 10 days of your original order date. The items in your return must be in original condition, sealed packaging, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Items must have all tags attached.
If you believe you have received defective or incorrect jewelry (style, size, or color), you must contact us at [email protected] and provide a photo of the defected product and keep all the packaging.
The customer is responsible for the shipping fees to return an unwanted product. If a defected/ or incorrect product has been sent out, Star of Sweden will provide you with a free shipping back to our main warehouse.
If you wish to return or replace your product, you will pay for the shipping back to our warehouse.
