Transport & Delivery
Your item will be shipped out from our warehouse within 2-3 business days after placing an order. Your item will be delivered within 3-5 business days after the order has been shipped out from our warehouse. We use the Swedish Post office as a partner for shipping and delivery of our products.

Damage From Delivery
If the goods are damaged or lost/not delivered, Star of Sweden is liable and will send you a replacement product. Please notify customer service via email for assistance within a reasonable time (within 14 days). If a fault pointed attention at delivery, notify Customer Service within 14 days for replacement of damaged goods.
If we receive packages from the post office that has not been collected, we reserve the right to charge you for all costs incurred in connection with such a return, currently 150 SEK. Payment must be made within 10 days of the invoice due.
